Paige Anderson

Paige is an expert adviser for clients navigating some of the most complex legal and policy challenges in energy and national security.
Before joining Roselle, Paige worked at the U.S. Department of Energy in the office of the Assistant General Counsel for Energy Delivery and Resilience. While there she helped develop and implement guidance for the energy tax credits in the Inflation Reduction Act and One Big Beautiful Bill Act. She also extensively advised client offices on supply chain diligence, support for domestic manufacturing, and grid security.
Previously, Paige worked at the U.S. Department of Justice in the National Security Division's Office of Law and Policy on issues spanning energy security, counterespionage, and cybersecurity. She was also a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Colorado.
Paige clerked for the Hon. Timothy J. Kelly on the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. She earned a J.D., magna cum laude, from Cornell Law School and a B.A. in film from Northwestern University. She lives in Boulder, Colorado, with her husband and son and holds two patents.
